摘要
为了解决带式输送机皮带跑偏问题,分析跑偏原因,重新设计皮带落料口,同时安装自动纠偏装置,在传动滚筒和改向滚筒处安装浮煤刮片装置,防止滚筒上黏粘过多浮煤导致滚筒变形从而引起皮带跑偏。实践表明,该设计对于皮带防跑偏效果十分明显,有效解决了出煤过程中皮带存在的问题,具有一定借鉴意义。
In order to solve the problem of belt deviation of belt conveyor,the causes of deviation were analyzed,the belt blanking port was redesigned,the automatic deviation correction device was installed,and the floating coal scraper device at the driving drum and the steering drum was installed to prevent the drum from deformation caused by excessive adhesion of floating coal on the drum,thus causing belt deviation.The practice shows that the design is very effective in preventing the belt deviation and effectively solves the problems existing in the process of coal production.
