Practice and Application of Comprehensive Dust-proof Technology in Zisheng Coal Mine

基于紫晟煤矿综掘工作面粉尘处理技术难题,介绍了综掘机强力外喷自动加液装置的研制应用过程,就紫晟煤矿综掘工作面粉尘处理的难题提出解决方案,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果,为国内综掘工作面的粉尘处理提供了一种新的解决方案,是一种抓住了粉尘源头的治理新方法,为国内综掘工作面粉尘处理工作的顺利进行提供了参考。

In view of the technical problems of dust treatment in Zisheng Coal Mine,this paper introduced the development and application process of the automatic liquid adding device for the powerful external spraying of the roadheader,and put forward the solutions to the problems of dust treatment in Zisheng Coal Mine,which has achieved good results in practical application,and has opened up a new dust control technology solution for dust treatment in fully mechanized excavation face in China.This is a new method to control the dust source,which provides a reference for the domestic fully mechanized excavation work.
