We are in an era when cutting-edge technologies keep popping up.Therefore,the authors have analyzed,in the paper,the challenges that libraries face from technology upgrading,demand change and capacity shortage.As a result,the paper points out that the future transformation of libraries should be directed by big data,intelligence,visualization as well as socialization.At last,the paper believes that the transformation strategies should be data-driven and people-centered,focusing on knowledge management,cross-boundary collaboration,user experience,intelligent integration and organizational restructuring.
