新型冠状病毒全球蔓延,影响着社会各个领域。文章采用"新型コロナウイルス""図書館""大学図書館"作为检索关键词,调研日本图书馆行业协会、国会图书馆、公共图书馆、大学图书馆的新冠疫情应对举措。调研发现,日本图书馆疫情应对举措展现了"基于各自职能,组织多元信息""服务注重细节""防疫举措逐步推进,应对灵活""灾害意识强、注重信息共享"等特点。

Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019 is now widespread all over the world,which has affected all areas of society.This paper uses "Novel Coronavirus","Library" and "University Library" as keywords to investigate responding measures in the area of libraries in Japan,including Japan Library association,the National Diet Library,public libraries,and university libraries.The result shows that Japanese libraries collect "multiple information based on functions",offer "considerate service",adopt "flexible adjustment",and boast "strong disaster awareness and information sharing awareness" when responding to COVID-19.
