摘要
文章采用网站和文献调研等方法,以美国高校图书馆为参与退役军人创业训练营(EBV)的学员提供创业支持服务的实践探索为案例进行分析考察,发现其服务内容可归纳为适应性服务、保障性服务、嵌入式服务、一对一服务和跟踪式服务五类,同时也受到缺乏统一协调、资源保障不平衡、服务介入滞后等挑战。我国高校图书馆在退役军人创业服务方面总体仍处于早期发展的阶段,但借鉴美国高校图书馆在此方面做出的有益探索,通过主动参与、延伸服务,统一协调、加强合作,立足创客、深度服务,优化资源、强化能力,在退役军人创业服务方面有所作为。
The author of this paper analyses information from websites and researches academic literature to make a case study on entrepreneurial support services provided by American university libraries for EBV students.Services provided include five perspectives:adaptability,supportability,embedded services,one-on-one service and tracking service.The practice taken by the libraries also embraces problems of lack of coordination,improper resource allocation and service intervention.University libraries are green hands in providing services of veterans’entrepreneurship.We will learn from lessons and experience of American libraries to take initiative to participate in and extend the service,coordinate to strengthen cooperation,provide intensive service for start-ups and optimize resource allocation.We aim to do a good job of offering services for veteran entrepreneurs.
