职业教育在线教学模式转型:问题、经验与路径 被引量:29

Transformation of Online Teaching Mode in Vocational Education:Problems,Experiences and Pathways

摘要 为全面掌握中国职业教育在线教学的现实问题,针对性地采取治理措施,实现职业教育在线教学的模式转型,该文运用文献法、调查法、访谈法和比较研究法,分析了中国职业教育在线教学的实践问题与荷兰职业教育在线教学的先进经验。研究发现,中国职业教育在线教学的实践问题表现为教学主体的信息化能力不足、在线教学方案的适用性不够、在线教学内容的准备不充分、远程教学对象管理难度变大、在线教学平台质量参差不齐。荷兰在职业教育在线教学改变以选择性和知情性为主的传统教学模式,实施混合学习情境、自我导向学习情境等新理念与新模式,取得了显著成效。因此,借鉴荷兰经验,中国职业教育在线教学需要创新在线教学设计模式、加强在线教学规范指导、增强学习者的自我导向能力、提升各类主体的信息化素养、优化职业教育在线教学条件。 In order to comprehensively grasp the practical problems of online teaching of vocational education in China,take targeted measures to realize the mode transition of online teaching of vocational education,this paper analyzes the practical problems of online teaching of vocational education in China and the advanced experience of online teaching of vocational education in the Netherlands by using literature method,investigation method,interview method and comparative research method.It is found that the practical problems of online teaching in vocational education in China are the lack of information ability of teaching subjects,the applicability of online teaching schemes,the inadequate preparation of online teaching contents,the difficulty of managing distance teaching objects,and the uneven quality of online teaching platforms.The Dutch online teaching in vocational education changes the traditional teaching mode which is mainly selective and informed,and implements new ideas and new models such as“mixed learning”situation and“self-oriented”learning situation,and has achieved remarkable results.Therefore,learning from Dutch experience,online teaching of vocational education in China needs to innovate the online teaching design mode,strengthen the guidance of online teaching norms,enhance learners’self-oriented ability,enhance the information literacy of all kinds of subjects,and optimize the online teaching conditions of vocational education.
