摘要
出版走出去是提高国家文化软实力的重要措施。自20世纪90年代以来,日本和韩国均确定"文化立国"方略,制定相关法律法规,设置专业机构,成立专业团队负责出版产业发展,同时将政策重点聚焦于扶持和推动本土特色文化产品走出去,取得了显著成效。我国应该借鉴这些经验,制定和完善文化产业发展政策,营造重视文化、重视出版的氛围,推出国内特色出版产品,打造自主文化品牌,培养出版业相关人才,借助国际书展等营销渠道推动本土特色文化产品走出去。
Letting publications go abroad is an important measure for uplifting the soft power of a country.Since the 1990s,Japan and South Korea has established the strategy of cultural-oriented national development,formulated plans for cultural industries,set up specialized institutions,and assigned personnel to be responsible for the development of cultural industries,in particular,the policy focus on supporting and promoting the local characteristics of cultural products to go abroad,and achieved remarkable results.China should draw on these experiences,formulate and improve policies for the development of cultural industries,create an atmosphere of attaching importance to culture and publishing,create cultural brands,and innovate cultural products with domestic characteristics,with the help of international book fair and other marketing channels to promote local cultural products to go abroad.
