摘要
精神障碍恢复期的学生群体是高校心理健康教育工作中的难点,对其管理和干预的成效关系到校园的安全稳定和学生的成长成才。个案管理是社会个案工作的拓展和延伸,在辅导员工作中日益体现出其重要的借鉴意义和价值,本文尝试将个案管理模式引入到一例精神障碍恢复期学生管理中,结果发现,个案管理模式有利于对学生进行学业管理、生理调适和心理帮扶,从而有助于逐步恢复其社会功能。
Students in the recovery period from mental disorders is a difficult point to the mental health education in colleges.The effectiveness of management and intervention concerns the campus safety and stability and healthy growth and success of these students.Case management is an expansion and extension of case work of thee social work in general,and its significance to the work of university counselors are increasingly obvious.This paper reports an attempt to involve case management into the management of a convalescent student with mental disorders,effectively helping the student to carry out academic management,physiological adjustment,psychological assistance,and gradually restoring his social functions.
