摘要
实习是高职教育培养应用型人才的重要环节,提高学生实习期适应性对改善实习效果、实现实习目的具有重要的实践意义。文章基于抗逆力理论,对浙江省5所高职院校学生实习期抗逆力现状开展调查研究,通过设置心理弹性量表,对观测变量萃取出认知弹性、成长性、变化适应、目标感、自我效能感等5个维度,使用SPSS 23.0进行因子分析。结合高职院校学生特点,通过改善外部支持因素、强化内在优势因素,寻求激发效能因素,以提高高职院校学生实习期适应性。
Practices is an important part of training applied talents in higher vocational education.It is of great practical significance to improve the effect of practices and realize the purpose of practices.Based on the theory of resilience and with questionnaire as the main research method,this paper investigates the current situation of resilience of students in five Vocational Colleges in Zhejiang Province during their internship,sets up the Psychological Resilience Scale,extracts five dimensions of cognitive resilience,growth,change adaptation,sense of goal and self-efficacy from the observation variables,and uses SPSS 23.0 for factor analysis.Combined with the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the ways to improve the adaptability of students in the internship period by improving the external supporting factors and strengthening the internal advantage factors and seeking the stimulating efficiency factors.
