Resilience characteristics and influencing factors of the industrial system in Lianyungang City

构建产业系统韧性评价模型,分析2005—2017年连云港市产业系统韧性特征,并揭示其影响因素.结果表明,研究期内该市产业系统韧性整体上呈现波动上升态势,其中敏感性、恢复性和创新性均呈增强趋势,而脆弱性降低.恢复性、创新性对其产业系统韧性发展演化起着主导作用.区域产业系统弹性是由外部因素冲击和内部因素扰动共同作用的结果,外部因素是扰动区域产业系统弹性的主要动力,而内部因素则是根本动力.

By constructing an industrial system resilience evaluation model,the resilience characteristics of the industrial system in Lianyungang City from 2005 to 2017 were analyzed,and their influencing factors were revealed.The results declared that during the study period,the resilience of the city s industrial system as a whole showed a rising trend.Among them,sensitivity,recoverability and creativity were an increasing trend,while vulnerability was the opposite.Recoverability and creativity played a leading role in the development and evolution of its industrial system resilience.Moreover,the elasticity of the regional industrial system was the result of the impact of external factors and the disturbance of internal factors.And the external factors were the main driving forces that disturbed the elasticity of the regional industrial system,while the internal factors were the fundamental driving forces.
