摘要 余热锅炉的主要作用是对闪速熔炼产生的高温、高含尘烟气进行降温和初步收尘,生产的蒸汽输送到动力透平发电。如果锅炉的受热面积聚较多的烟灰,不但影响锅炉的换热效率,降低蒸汽产量,更会威胁到锅炉的长周期安全运行。为降低余热锅炉烟灰粘结,主要从锅炉积灰的类型及分布情况进行了分析,进而从结构形式及除灰系统等方面采取有效措施,防止并改善锅炉积灰,确保锅炉安全、高效运行。 The main role of waste heat boiler is to cool the high temperature and high dust-containing flue gas produced by flash smelting and to collect dust initially,and the steam produced is transported to power turbine for power generation.If more soot accumulates on the heating surface of the boiler,it will not only affect the heat transfer efficiency of the boiler and reduce the steam production,but also threaten the safe operation of the boiler in a long period.In order to reduce the soot bonding of waste heat boiler,this paper mainly analyzes the types and distribution of boiler ash accumulation,and then takes effective measures from the aspects of structure form and ash removal system to prevent and improve the boiler soot accumulation and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the boiler.
