摘要
铜阳极板作为铜冶炼行业的主要中间产品,其生产加工管理过程直接影响冶炼厂的生产效率,优化铜阳极板的生产管控、加工过程及调度管理能够有效减少生产过程中不利因素带来的影响。通过加强粗铜精炼工艺的控制与操作,来提高铜阳极板的内在质量;通过阳极机组的整形加工,来提高阳极板的外观质量,以满足电解生产需求;通过优化阳极板的调度管理,规范阳极的存放与转运,来确保阳极炉与电解生产的有序进行。
As the main intermediate product of copper smelting industry,the production and processing management process of copper anode plate directly affects the production efficiency of the smelter.Optimizing the production control,processing and scheduling management of copper anode plate can effectively reduce the impact of adverse factors in the production process.The internal quality of copper anode plate is improved by strengthening the control and operation of crude copper refining process;the external quality of anode plate is improved by the plastic processing of anode unit to meet the demand of electrolytic production;the orderly operation of anode furnace and electrolytic production is ensured by optimizing the scheduling management of anode plate and regulating the storage and transfer of anode.
