摘要
铜冶炼行业中,离心机在污酸处理中的生产状况,离心机频繁的加速、减速进行工作,加速时变频器消耗能量,减速时筒体存在巨大的转动惯量,电能回馈至变频器后,被制动单元和制动电阻消耗,造成了能源的浪费。通过技术改造采用AFE有源前端能量回馈系统,改造完成后,制动功耗通过能量回馈系统回馈到电网,此部分功耗能够再利用,实现节能的目的。
In copper smelting industry,the production situation the centrifuge in sewage treatment is that the frequent acceleration and deceleration of centrifuges,the frequency converter consumes energy when accelerating,and the cylinder body has the huge moment of inertia when decelerating,and the electric energy rises back to the converter,it is consumed by the braking unit and the braking resistance,which results in the waste of energy.After the technical transformation,the energy feedback system of AFE active front end is adopted.After the transformation,the braking power is fed back to the power grid through the energy feedback system.This part of power consumption can be reused to achieve energy saving.
