As the quality requirements of cathode copper products become more and more strict,the technicians analyze the factors that affect the quality of cathode copper,and finally find out the reason that causes the surface of cathode copper to adhere to acidic impurities.Through the equipment transformation of increasing secondary washing system on strip washing unit and automatic clamping strip trimming device,optimizing primary washing system,and standardize the operation process,the cleaning requirements of nozzle and washing water are confirmed.The phenomenon of cathode copper surface with acid after washing is avoided effectively,the quality of cathode copper products is promoted powerfully.
