大田环境下白及苗期地上部与地下部相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between the Aboveground and Underground Parts of Bletilla striata Seedling in the Field Environment

摘要 为研究白及幼苗生长的表征指标,以紫花三叉白及幼苗为试材,在7个取样小区初期长势已评Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级基础上,将传统根冠比细分为新根根冠比、块茎根冠比、总根冠比,分析其动态特征,对主要生长性状指标和根冠比指标进行相关性分析。结果表明:大田环境中,初苗期至倒苗期白及幼苗新根根冠比均增大;倒苗期中三类根冠比均以Ⅰ级小区(A3)最大,块茎和总根冠比以Ⅲ级小区(D2)最小,新根根冠比以Ⅱ级小区(D1)最小,主要生长性状指标均以Ⅰ级小区(B)最大,Ⅲ级小区(D2)最小;相关性分析表明,不同根冠比指标间互呈正相关,根冠比与生长性状指标中仅有新根生物量与新根根冠比存在显著正相关,因此,新根根冠比可更好地表征白及幼苗的生长。 To explore indicators that can characterize the growth of Bletilla striata seedlings,taking Betilla striata(Thunb.) Reichb.f seedlings as the test material,on the basis of the initial growth of different sampling plots has been evaluated as grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ.The traditional root-shoot ratio was subdivided into the root-shoot ratios of new-root,the root-shoot ratios of tuber,root-shoot ratio,and their dynamic characteristics were analyzed.Correlation analysis were performed on the main growth trait indicators and different root-shoot ratio indicators obtained from the previous experiments. The results showed that in the field environment,root-shoot ratios of new-root of Bletilla striata seedlings increased from the initial seedling stage to the sprout tumble stag;During the sprout tumble stage,the maximum root-shoot ratios of new-root,root-shoot ratios of tuber and total root-shoot ratio were all in the class I(plot A3),the root-shoot ratio of tubers and the total root-shoot ratio were the smallest in the class Ⅲ(plot D2),and the root-shoot ratio of new roots was the smallest in the class Ⅱ(plot D1);the class I(plot B) is the largest and the class Ⅲ(plot D2) is the smallest in the main growth traits. Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between different root-shoot ratios.Among the growth traits,only the new root biomass has a significant positive correlation with the root-shoot ratios of new-root. In summary,the root-shoot ratios of new-root can better characterize the growth of Bletilla striata seedlings.
