摘要
硅作为地壳中含量第二的元素,虽然没有被定义为植物必需营养元素,但其在植物应对逆境胁迫方面发挥着重要作用。本文综述了硅对植物非生物胁迫(干旱、盐和重金属)和生物胁迫(病害、虫害)耐受能力的影响,并对其作用的物理、生理生化和分子机制进行总结,对以后的研究方向提出建议。
Silicon,as the second element in the earth’s crust,is not defined as an essential nutrient element for plants,but it plays an important role in plants’ response to stress. In this paper,the effects of silicon on plant abiotic stress(drought,salt and heavy metals) and biotic stress(disease,pest) were reviewed,the physical,physiological,biochemical and molecular mechanisms of silicon were summarized,and some suggestions for future research were put forward.
