滑雪常见运动损伤和康复治疗的研究

A study on the treatment of common sports injuries and rehabilitation in skiing

滑雪运动属于备受世界各地人们所推崇最具时尚魅力的一项运动,存在着一定危险性。在滑雪过程中极易受环境与自身等方面因素所影响,以至于会出现不同部位的运动损伤情况,严重威胁着广大滑雪者的人身安全。滑雪后发生运动损伤的病人,不仅需要及时得到有效的救治,尽量缓解或者改善病情,在后期还需要开展相应的康复治疗,以改善病人预后,确保病人能够尽早康复。鉴于此,本文对滑雪常见性运动损伤及其康复治疗进行综述分析,望能够为今后滑雪所致运动损伤病人康复治疗进行进一步的实践探究提供有价值的依据或者参考。

Skiing is one of the most fashionable sports that people all over the world admire.It is dangerous.In the process of skiing,it is very easy to be affected by the environment and its own factors,so that there will be sports injuries in different parts,which seriously threaten the personal safety of the majority of skiers.After skiing,patients with sports injuries need not only timely and effective treatment to alleviate or improve their condition,but also corresponding rehabilitation treatment in the later stage to improve the prognosis of patients and ensure that patients can recover as soon as possible.In view of this,this paper summarizes and analyzes the common sports injuries and rehabilitation treatment of skiing,hoping to provide valuable basis or reference for further practice and exploration of rehabilitation treatment of sports injuries caused by skiing in the future.
