摘要
中长跑是典型的周期性耐力项目。常采用重复训练法、快慢交替训练法及高原训练法等。能量代谢特点是3种供能系统兼有的混合代谢。代谢种类随着中长跑项目距离的增加,逐渐从无氧代谢向有氧代谢过渡。本文对中长跑训练中运动损伤特点和原因进行分析,寻找预防中长跑运动损伤有效方法,为减少和预防中长跑训练中运动损伤提供帮助。
Middle and long distance running is a typical periodic endurance project.Often used repetitive training,alternating speed training and altitude training.The characteristics of energy metabolism are three kinds of mixed metabolism.With the increase of the distance of middle and long distance running,the metabolic types gradually transit from anaerobic metabolism to aerobic metabolism.This paper analyzes the characteristics and causes of sports injuries in middle and long distance running training,looking for effective methods to prevent sports injuries in middle and long distance running,and providing help to reduce and prevent sports injuries in middle and long distance running training.
