摘要
跳水时运动员需要在三维的空间内通过静力性和动力性肌肉相互交替工作来完成高、难、美的动作。这个过程中要求运动员的每一个动作都要做到稳、准、美,这就离不开运动员核心区域的稳定性。核心力量训练对提升跳水运动员静力性和动力性力量及核心区域稳定方面有着非常独特的作用。核心力量训练方法已经成为跳水运动员力量训练的重要手段,并且它在跳水运动员体能训练中发挥着越来越重要的作用。
In diving,athletes need to complete high,difficult and beautiful movements by alternating static and dynamic muscles in three-dimensional space.In this process,every movement of athletes is required to be stable,accurate and beautiful,which is inseparable from the stability of the core area of athletes.Core strength training plays a unique role in improving the static and dynamic strength of the diver and the stability of the core area.Core strength training method has become an important means of strength training for divers,and it plays an increasingly important role in the physical training of divers.
