翻转课堂在羽毛球教学中的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文主要探究翻转课堂教学模式在羽毛球不同技术动作教学中的作用。选择广州医科大学羽毛球选项课2个班级共60名学生作为研究对象,目标教学技术动作选择正手发后场高远球和正手击后场高远球,其中实验组采用翻转课堂教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,实验共为期8周。实验结果显示实验后与实验前相比,实验组和对照组正手发后场高远球、正手击后场高远球达标数量和技评得分都显著增加;实验后实验组和对照组相比,正手发后场高原球达标数量和技评得分及正手击后场高远球达标数都显著增加,而正手击高远球技评得分两者没有显著差异,这表明翻转课堂教学对于较为简单的羽毛球技术动作有明显改善作用,而对于较为复杂的技术动作作用不太明显。 This article mainly explores the role of flip classroom teaching mode in teaching different technical moves of badminton.A total of 60 students in two classes of badminton elective class of Guangzhou Medical University were selected as the research object.The target teaching technique was to choose a forehand high back ball and a forehand high back ball.The experimental group used the flip classroom teaching mode and the control group used the In the traditional teaching mode,the experiment lasts for 8 weeks.The experimental results show that compared with before the experiment,the experimental group and the control group have significantly increased the number of goals and technical evaluation scores of forehand high back ball and forehand high back ball.The number of high-altitude balls in the forehand and the scores of technical reviews and the number of high-altitude balls in the forehands increased significantly,but there was no significant difference between the forehand high-altitude balls.This shows that flipped classroom teaching has a significant improvement effect on the simpler badminton technical movements,but it is not obvious on the more complicated technical movements.
