情绪管理在小学生短跑教学中的应用

摘要 随着体育新课程改革的提出,现代的小学体育教育发生了翻天覆地的变化,体现为教学的最终目标的变化,明确规定小学体育教学要将素质教育作为当前工作的重点,要使小学生在体育课堂中掌握一定的运动技能。基于此要求,从小学体育的教育现状、教学工作的重要意义等方面进行研究,尊重学生主体地位,因材施教,培养学生的短跑运动兴趣,提高学习积极性,提升教学效果,注意学生的情绪管理,有效开展小学的体育教学。 With the proposal of the new physical education curriculum reform,modern primary school physical education has undergone tremendous changes,which is reflected in the change of the ultimate goal of teaching.It is clearly stipulated that primary school physical education should take quality education as the focus of current work and enable primary school students to Master certain motor skills in physical education.Based on this requirement,we carry out research on the status quo of primary school physical education and the significance of teaching work,respect the student’s subject status,teach students according to their aptitude,cultivate students’interest in sprint sports,improve their enthusiasm for learning,improve their teaching effectiveness,and pay attention to their emotional management Effectively carry out physical education in primary schools.
