中小学初任体育教师自我认同及提升策略

摘要 初任中小学体育教师是我国体育教师队伍当中一个重大的群体,是未来我国学校体育当中不可或缺的中坚力量,同时也是关系到我国学生体质健康未来能否提升的主要因素。近些年随着改革的不断深化,越来越多的中小学校对于体育教师的重视程度还处于一个较低的位置,这种现象直接影响中小学初任体育教师的自我认同感。本文通过查找文献的方法,对近些年影响我国中小学初任体育教师自我认同感降低的因素进行论述,并从初任体育教师自身方面给出几点提升的建议。为我国新入职中小学体育教师提升自我认同增添更多的理论依据。 The beginning PE teachers in primary and secondary schools are an important group of PE teachers in China.They are the indispensable backbone of school PE in the future.At the same time,they are also related to the main factors whether the physical health of our students can be improved in the future.In recent years,with the deepening of the reform,more and more primary and secondary schools are still in a low level of attention to physical education teachers,which directly affects the self-identity of primary and secondary school physical education teachers.This paper discusses the factors that affect the decline of self-identity of beginning PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in recent years by searching for literature,and gives some suggestions to improve the self-identity of beginning PE teachers.It can provide more theoretical basis for PE teachers to improve their self-identity.
