摘要
羽毛球运动是一项运动器材简便,既有较强对抗性又一定趣味性的小球类运动项目。在学校体育中,羽毛球项目的娱乐性和观赏性不但有助于全面促进学生的身心健康,还能使学生的意志品质、身体素质、运动技能等在羽毛球项目的活动中得到锻炼及提高。然而,由于师资、场地条件等因素的限制,大多数中、小学校对羽毛球项目的投入较少,青少年的羽毛球运动水平难于得到提高。本文运用文献资料、调查跟踪、访谈等方法,分析与研究羽毛球项目在华中科技大学附属小学从引进校园、项目开展到全面普及的过程,予以剖析并进行研究与探讨,为今后羽毛球项目在中、小学校中进一步更好的普及推广提供理论依据和实践指导。
In school physical education,badminton,a interesting and competitive sport,is beneficial to promoting students’physical and mental health.However,due to the factors including specialized teachers and site conditions,most primary and secondary schools invest less in badminton,therefore,badminton skills is difficult to improve among teenagers.This study focus on badminton project Introduction and implement in the affiliated primary school of Huazhong University of Science and Technology via the method of documentary,empirical analysis,and interview.The study offers some practical guidance for promotion and popularization of badminton in primary and secondary schools.
