With the continuous development of society,colleges and universities should cultivate more comprehensive talents to serve the social development.Volleyball Teaching in physical education course has always been the key teaching content.But because volleyball is too complex,it is not easy to learn it well.This requires abandoning the traditional teaching methods and using sports games reasonably to improve the efficiency of volleyball teaching.This paper discusses this issue,hoping to help the peers.
