小跨度槽型梁施工质量控制的研究

预应力混凝土槽型梁作为一种新型的梁结构,已经广泛的应用于国内外的桥梁建设中。小跨度槽型梁由于跨度小,施工时间预计较少,在保证施工安全性的情况下,要求尽快完成施工,所以如何控制保证施工质量就是施工过程中必须解决的问题。本文以某一32m槽型梁施工为例,着重探讨了在此预应力混凝土槽型梁施工中的各个施工部位中的质量控制,希望对类似槽型梁施工提供参考。

As a new type of beam structure,prestressed concrete channel beam has been widely used in bridge construction at home and abroad.Due to the small span of the small-span channel beam,the construction time is expected to be short.Under the condition of ensuring the safety of the construction,it is required to complete the construction as soon as possible,so how to control and ensure the construction quality is a problem that must be solved during the construction process.This article takes a certain 32m trough beam construction as an example,and focuses on the quality control in each construction site in the construction of this prestressed concrete trough beam,hoping to provide a reference for similar trough beam construction.
