摘要
航空发动机机匣材料的研究中,耐冲蚀性能是非常重要的,这直接关乎发动机的进气性能、工作的性能以及其服役寿命。随着碳纤维复合材料在航空发动机领域的应用越来越广泛,对其耐冲蚀性能的研究十分不可或缺。本文通过对正交编织碳纤维复合材料平板进行高速冲蚀试验,改变不同试验参数(冲蚀速度、冲蚀角度等)并且与钛合金、铝合金材料的冲蚀情况进行对比,来对其耐冲蚀性能做出较为详细的评价。
In the researches of the materials of aero-engine casings,the erosion characteristics are very important.The erosion characteristics have huge influences on intake performance,work performance and service life of the engines.With the wider applications of carbon fiber reinforced polymer in the aero-engines,the researches for the erosion characteristics of carbon fiber reinforced polymer have great significances.This research had high-speed erosion tests on orthogonal woven carbon fiber reinforced polymer plates,changed different experiment parameters(impact velocity,impact angle,etc.)and made comparisons with titanium alloy as well as aluminum alloy to acquire the erosion characteristics of orthogonal woven carbon fiber reinforced polymer in detail.
