交接班工作是一项重要的医疗活动,传统交接班主要采用纸质登记的方式进行,交班质量低下。本文基于基于医院信息平台建设,在统一的数据交换和标准化平台上,收集和整理了总值班交班、医技科室交班、临床交班、全院大交班的业务流程和需求,建立了医院多级交班系统,大部分交班数据直接从平台中获取,有效避免了数据差错和疏漏,提升了交班质量,提高了工作效率,让临床一线医护人员的时间回归到患者病情诊治上。
