曳引驱动式电梯剪切事故分析及一种预防的安全装置

曳引驱动式电梯是建筑物内与人们日常活动密切相关的垂直运输设备,电梯的安全事故严重地危害社会公共安全和人民的生命安全,尤其是电梯剪切事故,一旦发生将对人身及生命造成极大伤害,甚至引起的社会的恐慌。当今社会随着自媒体的传播速度以及传播效应的快速发展,使得电梯的安全问题成为人们关注的焦点。本文主要分析引起曳引驱动式电梯发生轿厢剪切事故几种可能的原因;并模拟在轿厢剪切事故发生时,有一种安全装置能够控制轿厢的相对运动,从而从根源上解决电梯轿厢剪切事故的发生。该装置具有结构简单,加装方便,安全可靠,经济便利等特点,特别适合在GB7588《电梯制造与安装安全规范》第1号修改单实施前出厂的曳引驱动式电梯上推广使用,从而提高在用电梯特别是在用老旧电梯的本质安全性能,有效预防电梯安全事故发生。

Traction driven elevator is a vertical transportation equipment closely related to people’s daily activities in the building.The safety accident of elevator seriously endangers the social public safety and people’s life safety,especially the elevator shear accident,once it occurs,it will cause great harm to people and life,even cause social panic.Nowadays,with the rapid development of self-Media and communication effect,the safety of elevator becomes the focus of people’s attention day by day.This paper mainly analyzes several possible causes of car shear accident of traction driven elevator,and simulates that when the car shear accident occurs,there is a safety device that can control the relative movement of the car,so as to solve the problem from the root.The device has the characteristics of simple structure,convenient installation,safety and reliability,and economic convenience.It is especially suitable for the promotion and use of the traction drive elevator before the implementation of GB7588 safety code for elevator manufacturing and installation No.1 amendment,so as to improve the intrinsic safety performance of the elevator in use,especially the old elevator in use,and effectively prevent the occurrence of elevator safety accidents.
