摘要
聚碳酸酯(PC)和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)的共混物在塑料工业上已有广泛的应用,但有关聚碳酸酯和苯乙烯热塑性弹性体(SBS)的共混物的相关报道还较少。在本研究通过挤出成型和注塑成型制备了聚碳酸酯/苯乙烯热塑性弹性体二元共混物和聚碳酸酯/苯乙烯热塑性弹性体/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)三元共混物,并研究了相关的力学和热力学性能。结果表明,SBS兼具苯乙烯塑料和丁二烯橡胶的特性,若和聚碳酸酯以适量的比例共混,将能改善共混物的力学性能,且对热力学稳定性影响不大。
The blends of polycarbonate(PC)and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS)resins have been widely applied in plastic industry,but current researches related to polycarbonate and styrene-butadiene-styrene blends were not deeply focused as expected.In this study,PC/SBS blends were obtained through extrusion molding and injection molding,followed by mechanical tests and thermodynamics tests.The results indicated that SBS combines the advantages of styrene and butadiene,if the SBS could be properly blended with polycarbonate,it would improve the mechanical properties of the blends while keep the thermal stability.
