摘要
连云港赣榆6号液化烃码头工程具有装卸液化烃的种类多、物性差异大、危险性高、工艺系统复杂等特点,针对上述特点,本文介绍了工作平台与系缆墩相结合的平面布置方案、工艺设计方案、工艺管道设计、低温丙丁烷工艺流程设计、低温液体收集池设置等,并在此工程中对码头控制室进行了抗爆设计,提升了码头安全水平。通过对本工程设计经验的总结,以期为我国液化烃码头工程的设计和建设提供借鉴与参考。
Liquefied Hydrocarbon terminal no.6 at Ganyu harbor of Lianyungang Port is characterized by many kinds of liquefied hydrocarbon products being loaded and unloaded,evident differences of physical properties,high risk,complex process system,etc.Thus the combination of working platform and cleats is considered in the design plans of plane layout,process,process pipeline,low-temperature propane&butane process,low-temperature liquid collection pool and etc.The anti-explosion design of control room is also made to improve safety level of the terminal.The experience in the project design is summarized to provide a reference for the design and construction of liquefied hydrocarbon terminals in China.
