A Study on the Upgraded Railway Value-insured Transportation Management System

铁路保价运输作为铁路货物运输服务的重要组成部分,是提高货物运输质量,保障托运人、收货人、铁路三者合法权益的重要途径,关系客户切身利益,关系铁路运输安全。通过阐述铁路保价运输管理系统现状,分析系统存在问题,提出系统升级目标。在此基础上,对铁路保价运输管理系统架构进行设计,从保价业务管理、货物损失理赔、保价资金管理、统计分析与决策支持等方面,探析铁路保价功能的升级优化,更好地服务铁路保价营销的需求。

As an essential part of railway cargo transport service,value-insured transport is an important way to improve the quality of cargo transport and protect the legitimate rights and interests of shipper,consignee and railway,which is related to the immediate interests of customers and railway transport safety.Based on essential overview of the current railway value-insured transportation management system focusing on the existing problems,this paper has put forward the objectives to improve the current system.To better serve the needs of railway value-insured service marketing,this paper has further put forward the strategies to upgrade the system in terms of value-insurance business management,cargo loss claims,insurance fund management,statistical analysis and decision support.
