摘要
铁路专用线作为铁路货运的重要组成部分,是解决铁路运输“最后一公里”问题的重要设施。阐述铁路专用线交接检查作业流程,针对目前铁路专用线存在的交接检查质量不高、交接检查作业时间长、信息化程度低等问题,对铁路专用线交接检查系统架构进行设计。在此基础上,从车号采集、视频采集、信息集成等方面,分析铁路专用线交接检查系统功能,提升铁路专用线交接检查准确度,有效聚合交接检查作业信息,为铁路专用线交接检查提质增效奠定基础。
As an essential part of railway freight transport,the special railway line is an outstanding facility to solve the problem of"The Last Kilometer"of railway transport.Based on an overview of the workflow of handover inspection for special railway lines,to address the existing problems including low quality,long hours,and inadequate information technology application,this paper puts forward the inspection system for handover operation for special railway lines.From the aspects of vehicle number acquisition,video acquisition,and information integration,this paper also studies the functions of the proposed system,which are expected to improve the accuracy of the inspection,effectively aggregate the information,and lay a foundation for the quality and efficiency of the handover inspection of special railway lines.
