中国省域体育竞争力研究

Research on Provincial Sports Competitiveness in China

以群众体育、竞技体育、体育产业、体育文化作为主要维度,基于2018年截面数据构建省域体育竞争力评价指标体系,运用因子分析法、熵值法、聚类法对中国31个省区市的体育竞争力进行排序、评价、分层。研究发现,群众体育、竞技体育、体育产业、体育文化在省域间的发展极不平衡;体育竞争力强省和弱省之间的鸿沟已经初显;体育竞争力的强弱与经济发展水平的高低密切相关,省域体育竞争力由强至弱的三个梯队在地理区位上呈现出从东南沿海向中西部内陆延伸之势。由此,需要对中西部省份的体育竞争力建设问题高度重视,避免因省域间体育竞争力差距的扩大阻碍全面建成社会主义现代化体育强国目标的实现。

Provincial sports competitiveness is a measure of a country's comprehensive sports strength.This paper constructed a provincial sports competitiveness evaluation index system by cross sectional data of 2018,taking sports competitiveness,competitive sports,sports industry,and sports culture as the basic dimension.It adopted factor analysis,entropy,and clustering,to analyze the performance of 31 provinces(municipalities,autonomous regions)in China.Provinces were ranked,evaluated and stratified concerning their sports competence.It was found that the development in sports for all,competitive sports,sports industry and sports culture were uneven with the widening gap between provinces with sport power and those without.Economic development was also considered to be closely related to that of sports.The three levels of ranking showed a geographical extension from the southeast coast to the mid-west.Therefore,the issue of sports competitiveness construction in the central and western provinces should be paid due attention to so as to narrow the disparities in sports competitiveness between provinces,with which to further build China into a socialist modern sports power.
