密集式换热管射线照相源导管固定装置的研究

摘要 根据高温气冷堆蒸汽发生器制造工艺的要求,螺旋盘管中的管–管对接焊缝处须进行射线照相探伤检测,此时换热单元处于立式状态,射线照相位置不仅离地面较高,而且焊缝处没有任何可固定放射源及胶片的地方。为保证探伤工序的顺利进行,研究一种密集式换热管射线照相源导管固定装置,可有效实现密集式换热管对接焊缝处射线照相所用的胶片及放射源的固定,为后续产品生产制造的顺利进行提供保障。 According to the requirements of the manufacturing process of the high temperature gas-cooled reactor steam generator,the tube-to-tube butt weld in the spiral coil tube must be radiographically inspected.At this time,the heat exchange unit is in a vertical state,and the radiographic position is not only off the ground.High,and there is no place in the welding seam where the radioactive source and fi lm can be fi xed.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the fl aw detection process,study a tube fi xing device that can effectively achieve the fi xation of the fi lm and the radioactive source used for the radiography of the butt weld of the dense heat exchange tube in the dense heat exchange tube The smooth progress of product manufacturing provides a guarantee.
