电力调度运行中的安全措施分析

摘要 自20世纪90年代以来,我国电力市场的规模发展迅速,电力供给水平也得到了相当程度的提高,各行各业因为生产自动化程度的加深,对电力的需求也越来越大。电力调度系统相对复杂,承担着安全输送电能、协调配给、处理电力工程事故的重要责任。然而,由于各种人为因素和环境中不可控因素,电力系统在运行过程中也常常会出现问题。文章对电力调度系统的运行进行分析,总结比较普遍的问题,并提出相应的解决方案。 Since the 1990s,the scale of my country’s electronic market has developed rapidly,and the level of power supply has also been improved to a considerable extent.Because of the deepening of production automation in various industries,the demand for power is also increasing.Today,the level of development in the fi eld of electric power engineering in my country is among the highest in the world,and the level of power supply has been widely recognized by all walks of life.The power dispatching system is relatively complex and bears the important responsibility of safely transmitting electrical energy,coordinating distribution,and handling power engineering accidents.However,due to various human factors and uncontrollable factors in the environment,problems often occur during the operation of the power system.Analyze the operation of the power dispatching system,summarize the more common problems,and propose corresponding solutions.
