摘要
以陕西某风电场的风电机组为例,根据风电机组运行原理,采用SCADA系统运行数据,详细分析影响风电机组发电性能的因素。通过建立高斯过程回归建模、风电机组发电性能建模,分析机组发电性能在正常情况下风能利用系数与其相关影响因素的关系,应用风电机组发电性能监测原理,将运行数据作为发电性能模型输入,经分析后对风电机组发电性能存在的异常变化进行实时监测,通过数据仿真验证该方法的有效性,从而保证风电机组发电性能处于正常。
Taking a wind turbine in a wind farm in Shaanxi Province as an example,according to the operation principle of wind turbine,using the operation data of SCADA system,this paper analyzes in detail the factors affecting the generation performance of wind turbine.Through the establishment of Gaussian process regression modeling and wind turbine generation performance modeling,the relationship between the wind energy utilization coeffi cient and its related infl uencing factors is analyzed under normal conditions.Based on the principle of wind turbine generation performance monitoring,the operation data is input as the generation performance model.After analysis,the abnormal changes in the generation performance of wind turbine are monitored in real time The validity of this method is verifi ed by data simulation,so as to ensure the normal performance of wind turbine.
