摘要
针对20号钢和45号钢在焊接中出现的质量问题,分析了异种钢材焊接的特点。从焊条、焊机、焊后热处理等方面对20号钢与45号钢的焊接工艺进行了改进,并提出了焊接的注意事项。
In view of the quality problems in the welding of 20#steel and 45#steel,the welding characteristics of dissimilar steels were analyzed.The welding process of 20#steel and 45#steel had been improved from the aspects of electrode,welding machine,and post weld heat treatment,and the precautions for welding were put forward.
