建筑工程造价管理现状的分析及对策研究

建筑工程造价管理水平直接关系着企业的经济效益,并且影响这建筑企业工程的质量、进度等。我国近些年城市化发展进程不断加快,促使社会经济结构在不断进行优化。当前建筑工程数量和规模都在不断扩大,建筑工程涉及到的功能和专业越来越多,这导致工程造价管理难度也有所升高,如果企业管理人员没有及时改进造价管理方式,很容易在日常工作中出现工程造价超预算的问题,对企业的经济效益和未来发展产生不良影响。为此,应当加强分析建筑工程造价管理现状,改进造价管理方法,优化造价管理水平。
