风机偏航系统中直驱盘式电机的优化设计分析

摘要 随着工业化的高速发展,全球变暖问题越发的严重,为此风能这种清洁能源越发的受到人们的重视。现阶段风力发电技术已经相对成熟,但是在使用的过程中也有着诸多的缺陷和问题。由于零部件的复杂结构,长期的偏航就会对风机塔产生较为严重的质量影响,为此文章针对风机偏航系统当中的直驱盘式进行优化设计,以此来提升风力发电机的动力性能,保障其在长期运行之后的质量性。 With the rapid development of industrialization,the problem of global warming is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,people pay more and more attention to wind energy,a clean energy.At present,the wind power generation technology has been relatively mature,but there are also many defects and problems in the using process.Due to the complex structure of components,long-term yaw will have a more serious impact on quality of wind turbine tower.Therefore,this paper optimizes design of direct drive disc in the wind turbine yaw system,so as to improve dynamic performance of wind turbine and ensure its quality after long-term operation.
