单向顺序阀控折臂吊伸缩液压系统顺序伸出稳定性分析

摘要 文章针对HCZ910折臂吊的顺序伸缩液压控制系统的组成和特点进行分析,并建立整个液压系统的AMEsim仿真模型,在额定流量下对不同负载下的折臂吊吊臂伸出顺序进行仿真分析。通过仿真结果对单向顺序阀控顺序伸缩液压系统的伸出稳定性进行研究。 This paper analyzes the composition and characteristics of the sequential telescopic hydraulic control system of hcz910 folding boom crane,establishes the AMEsim simulation model of the whole hydraulic system,and simulates and analyzes the boom extending sequence of the folding boom crane under different loads under the rated flow rate.Through the simulation results,the extending stability of the sequential telescopic hydraulic system controlled by one-way sequence valve is studied.
