摘要
运用灌胃方法,研究采用超滤法制备的玉米须多糖对小鼠体液免疫功能、细胞免疫功能和免疫器官的影响,同时对该多糖进行了组成分析。结果发现,该多糖可以有效提高小鼠抗体产生量,提高体液免疫能力;也可以有效激活巨噬细胞,提高其吞噬能力,增强细胞免疫能力;提升胸腺指数和脾指数。同时,在较低浓度下可以起到提高体液免疫和激活细胞免疫的作用,揭示该多糖具有良好的免疫调节能力和开发潜力,相比体液免疫功能,其可能对细胞免疫功能的激活作用更佳。玉米须多糖的多糖含量为35.43%,蛋白含量34.51%,还含有少量多酚和黄酮类化合物等,可能主要由α-吡喃糖组成,包括鼠李糖。
The effects of polysaccharide extracted by ultrafiltration from Stigma maydis on humoral and cellular immune functions and immune organs in mice were studied by gavage,and also the composition of this polysaccharide was analyzed.The results showed that it could effectively improve antibody production,humoral immunity,could activate macrophage,improve macrophage phagocytosis,and could increase immune organs index in mice.That it could improve humoral immunity and activate cellular immunity at low concentration indicated that it would have good immunoregulation and developing potential in future.Compared with humoral immune function,the polysaccharide might have a better activating effect on cellular immune function.For the polysaccharide,the content of polysaccharide is 35.43%,protein 34.51%,and polyphenols and flavonoids are a few.The polysaccharide might mainly compose ofα-pyranose,including rhamnose.
