胶体金免疫层析法检测水产品中呋喃唑酮代谢物的处理工艺优化 被引量:4

Process Optimization of Colloidal Gold Immunochromatographic Method for Detecting Furazolidone Metabolites in Aquatic Products

摘要 为消除鱼类等水产品的基质干扰并保证检测结果的准确性,在单因素试验的基础上,运用Box–Beheken设计3因素3水平试验,建立响应面分析模型并筛选出最佳工艺。结果显示在50%甲醇溶液和78℃水浴13 min的处理条件下效果最佳,提高了检测卡的灵敏度并得到了1.0μg/kg的检出限。该工艺为胶体金检测卡检测水产品中呋喃唑酮代谢物残留提供了参数和依据。 In order to eliminate the matrix interference of fish and other aquatic products and ensure the accuracy of the test results,based on the single-factor test,Box-Beheken was used to design a three-factor and three-level test to establish a response surface analysis model and select the best process.The results showed that the effect was best under the treatment conditions of 50%methanol solution and 78℃water bath for 13 min,the sensitivity of the test card was improved and the detection limit of 1.0μg/kg was obtained.This process provides parameters and basis for the detection of furazolidone metabolites in aquatic products by colloidal gold test card.
