摘要
金川二矿区采用双中段同时开采方式,随着两中段之间剩余矿体垂直厚度变薄,逐渐形成水平矿柱,及时准确地判定水平矿柱形成并安全将其回采,对于矿山的可持续发展至关重要。采用数值模拟手段分析了水平矿柱随着开采深度变化的形成过程,提出水平矿柱厚度为20 m以下,矿柱完全破坏。通过对1000 m中段水平矿柱安全高效回采进行探索和研究,形成了矿柱回采的方案,最大限度地避开了现有在用的重点工程,保障了二矿区安全生产和出矿任务在后续中段衔接过程中有序进行。
The Jinchuan No.2 Mining Area adopts the simultaneous mining in double middle sections.As the vertical thickness of the remaining ore body between the two middle sections becomes thinner,the horizontal pillar is gradually formed.It is very important for the sustainable development of the mine to determine the formation of the horizontal pillar in time and accurately and to mine it safely.In this paper,the numerical simulation method was used to analyze the formation process of the horizontal pillar with the change of mining depth.It was proposed that the thickness of the horizontal pillar was less than 20 m and the pillar was completely destroyed.Through the exploration and research on the safe and efficient mining of the 1000 m middle section horizontal pillar,a scheme of pillar mining had been formed,which avoided the existing key projects in use to the maximum extent,and ensured the safe production and mining task of the No.2 Mining Area to be carried out orderly in the following middle section connection process.
