Research on the Development Mode of“Logistics Park+”

基于物流园区的现状及未来发展前景,文中首先对现有“物流园区+”的四种发展模式进行分析,针对现有“物流园区+”发展模式存在的问题提出相对应的改进措施和建议。通过深入探究“物流园区+”不同的发展模式对于物流业发展的影响,不仅可以为“物流园区+”发展模式的研究提出新的发展思路,还可以为物流园区的未来发展提供相关借鉴。

Based on the current situation and future development prospect of the logistics park,this paper firstly analyzes the current development mode of“logistics park+”,and proposes corresponding improvement measures and suggestions for the problems existing in the current development mode of“logistics park+”.By deeply exploring the influence of different development modes of“logistics park+”on the development of logistics industry,we can not only put forward new development ideas for the research of“logistics park+”development mode,but also provide relevant reference for the future development of logistics park.
