摘要
现阶段社会经济发展迅速,互联网应用越来越广泛,各类电商平台不断完善并快速发展起来,物流业在国民经济中发挥的作用越来越突显。而随着物流企业之间的竞争加速,物流企业要保持自身的竞争优势,就需要切实做好自身的绩效评价体系建设,为开展企业绩效评价工作提供有效依据。文中主要就物流企业绩效评价指标体系建设的原则进行分析,研究国内对现代物流企业绩效指标体系构建的相关理论,分析物流企业绩效评价指标体系构建的不足和问题,并从不同视角来研究物流企业绩效评价指标体系建设的有效对策,为促进物流企业做好绩效评价指标体系建设工作提供一些思路。
In current society with a speedy development of economy,the usage of the internet has become increasingly extensive and various E-commerce platforms have grown up and been improved rapidly.The logistics industry is playing an increasingly significant role in the national economy.With the accelerating competition among logistics enterprises,they have to better construct their performance appraisal systems which can provide effective basis for the operation of the enterprise performance evaluation,for the sake of keep their competing advantages.This paper analyzed the constructing principles of key performance indicator system in logistics enterprises and its deficiencies and problems with the study on relevant theories about the construction of key performance indicator system in modern logistics enterprises.In addition,it explored the effective policies for the construction of key performance indicator system in logistics enterprises from different perspectives,thus providing some ideas for logistics enterprises to work for a sound construction of key performance indicator system.
