摘要
基于物联网技术,构建蓄电池物流标准化体系,建立全自动立体仓库,推行托盘标准化,产品追溯系统,带板一贯化运输等四大方面实施蓄电池物流标准化建设项目。总体而言,有效增加了蓄电池行业标准化工装载具使用率及带板一贯化运输,提升了供应链协调水平、降本增效能力。
Based on the technology of the Internet of things,the standardization of storage battery logistics is implemented in four aspects:the standardization of storage battery logistics,the establishment of automatic three-dimensional warehouse,the implementation of pallet standardization,the product traceability system,and the uniform transport of belt and plate.In general,it has effectively increased the utilization rate of standard chemical loaders in the battery industry and the uniform transport with plates,and improved the coordination level of the supply chain,reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency.
