摘要
“1+X”证书制度是《国家职业教育改革实施方案》中的重要内容,是国家职业教育制度设计的重大创新,是一种将职业技能等级证书与学历证书相互融通,推进人才培养模式和评价模式改革的制度设计。以校企合作、协同育人为基础,通过调研高职院校物流管理专业校企合作的实际情况,结合“1+X”证书制度中职业资格证书认定的具体要求,共同从“育、训、评”三个方面提出高职物流管理专业人才培养模式的探索。
“1+X”certificate system is the important contents of the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan.It is a significant innovation in the design of the national vocational education system.It is a mutually integrate of vocational skill certificate and educational certificate.It will also promote the system design of the talent training mode and the reform of evaluation models.On the basis of school-enterprise cooperation and education,investigating the actual situation of school-enterprise cooperation of logistics management in vocational colleges.By combining with the specific requirements of“1+X”certificate system for certification of professional qualifications.Jointly from the three aspects of“education”,“training”and“evaluation”,puts forward the exploration of talent training mode of logistics management in vocational colleges.
