骨膜蛋白在糖尿病心肌病发病中的作用

Role of periostin in the pathogenesis of diabetic cardiomyopathy

摘要 造成糖尿病心肌病(DCM)代谢异常的主要机制有高糖血症、脂代谢紊乱、胰岛素抵抗、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)激活等。近期研究证实,骨膜蛋白在脂代谢紊乱发生、胰岛素抵抗形成、RAAS的激活中均发挥一定作用,从而加速了DCM的形成和发展。此外,在DCM发病早期即可检测出骨膜蛋白的表达,且随着疾病进展,骨膜蛋白表达含量增加。据此推测,骨膜蛋白可能对DCM的发病及其严重程度均有一定程度的预测价值,具有研发成为DCM早期分子诊断标志物的潜质。 The main mechanisms that cause the abnormal metabolism of diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM)are hyperglycemia,lipid metabolism disorder,insulin resistance,renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS)activation and so on.Recent studies have confirmed that periosteal proteins play a role in the occurrence of lipid metabolism disorders,the formation of insulin resistance,and the activation of RAAS,thereby accelerating the formation and development of DCM.In addition,the expression of periosteal protein can be detected early in the onset of DCM,and as the disease progresses,the expression of periosteal protein content increases.Based on this,it is speculated that periosteal protein may have a certain degree of predictive value for the incidence and severity of DCM,and has the potential to be developed as an early molecular diagnostic marker of DCM.
