河南省某批援鄂医疗队睡眠质量调查

A survey on sleep quality of a medical team assisting Hubei Province from Henan

目的了解河南省某批援鄂医疗队睡眠质量情况,为提供干预措施提供参考。方法采用整群抽样方法,使用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)量表对河南省某批援鄂医疗队睡眠质量进行调查,采用描述流行病学方法对调查对象基本情况进行分析,对性别、年龄、职称、专业、学历、从业年限两组或多组间PSQI得分进行t检验或方差分析,采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果回收有效问卷131份,PSQI平均得分8.29±3.89,主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物使用、日间功能障碍平均得分分别为0.71±0.77、2.01±0.96、1.21±0.93、0.85±1.05、2.07±0.66、0.20±0.65、1.24±0.95。睡眠好、睡眠一般、睡眠差的人数分别占15.27%、29.77%、54.96%。不同性别、年龄、职称、职业、学历、从业年限之间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论河南省某批援鄂医疗队睡眠质量较差,需要采取干预措施。

Objective To understand the sleep quality of a medical team assisting Hubei Province from Henan Province,and to provide reference for intervention measures.Methods Cluster sampling method was used in this study.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scale was used to investigate the sleep quality,and the description epidemiology method was used to analyze the basic situation investigation.T-test or analysis of variance of PSQI scores between two or more groups including gender,age,professional title,major,educational background and years of service were conducted,using SPSS 20.0 software for statistical analysis.Results131 effective questionnaires were collected,the average score of PSQI was 8.29±3.89,the average score of subjective sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep duration,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance,hypnotic drug use,and daytime dysfunction were 0.71±0.77,2.01±0.96,1.21±0.93,0.85±1.05,2.07±0.66,0.20±0.65,and 1.24±0.95,respectively.Those who slept well,slept moderately and slept poorly accounted for 15.27%,29.77%and 54.96%,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference among gender,age,professional title,occupation,educational background and years of service(P>0.05).Conclusion The sleep quality of a group of a medical team assisting Hubei Province from Henan Province was poor,and intervention measures should be taken.
