摘要
IgA肾病是全球范围内最常见的一种原发性肾小球肾炎。补体系统的异常调控及活化是IgA肾病发生、发展过程中的重要影响因素之一。文章从补体系统激活及调控机制、补体系统相关生物标记物及阻断补体异常激活的治疗三方面对IgA肾病中补体系统的异常进行阐述。期望关于IgA肾病中补体系统的研究发现能为发病机制和临床诊治带来进展和突破。
IgA nephropathy is the most common primary glomerulonephritis in the world.Excessive activation and inadequate regulation of complement system plays an important role in the development and progression of IgA nephropathy.Here we reviewed the recent research progress regarding mechanism of complement activation regulation,the complement-associated biomarkers and the treatment to block abnormal activation of complement in IgA nephropathy.We hope these achievements about the complement system in IgA nephropathy could shed light on the pathogenesis,as well as clinical diagnosis and therapy of IgA nephropathy.
